Step 1: Purchase a Voucher

Corporate Vouchers

Once payment has been successfully completed, the voucher will be delivered electronically to the recipient.
Step 2: Receive Your Voucher
The recipient will receive an email containing:
- A unique voucher code
- Voucher value
- Personal gift message (if included by the purchaser)
- Voucher details and redemption instructions
Please keep your voucher code safe, as it will be required during the booking process.

Voucher Terms & Conditions
Voucher Validity
All vouchers are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Booking Availability
Voucher redemption is subject to service availability and event scheduling requirements.
Non-Refundable
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Partial Redemption
If the value of the selected services exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance will be payable by the client.
Remaining Balance
Any unused voucher value may be applied towards eligible HC Ushering Agency services during the validity period, subject to management approval.
Transferability
Vouchers may be gifted to another individual but may not be resold for commercial purposes.
Lost or Deleted Vouchers
